Très décue

J'ai reçu votre sac qui était plus petit que je ne pensait. Donc, j'ai demandé des étiquettes de retour (le 12 août) et j'attends toujours malgré les 5 emails que je vous ai envoyé.
J'ai commandé le même sac, mais plus grand, et je ne l'ai jamais reçu. Je me demande si je n'ai pas à faire avec des voleurs. Soit disant il était livré chez moi et soit disant j'ai signé, sauf que j'étais à Paris à ce moment là et pas chez moi.
