As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and its amendments (Directive (EU) 2023/2673).
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods. For an order of multiple items delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To withdraw from your order, you can use the self-service portal in your customer account. There you can request a cancellation (for items that have not yet been prepared) or a return (for items already delivered). You will be asked to confirm your name and order reference, and you will receive a confirmation email once your request is submitted.
Request a cancellation or return
You may also notify us of your decision to withdraw by sending a clear statement (for example, by email) including your name and order number.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
