Est-ce que j'ai à faire avec des voleurs ?

J'ai commandé ce sac et je ne l'ai jamais reçu. Soit disant qu'il a été livré le 18 août et que j'ai même signé. Sauf que j'étais à Paris et j'avais demandé que le colis soit livré à Paris, mais il paraît qu'il a été livré chez moi à Sauve où je n'était pas. Cela fait 5 mails que j'envoie qui restent sans réponse. Et où sont mes étiquette de retour pour le mini sac ? Je trouve que votre SAV est sérieusement manquante !
